An event that delivers the ideas and experiences of faux and decorative finishers, mural and trompe l’ oeil artists, stencilers, decorative plasterers, and decorative furniture and cabinetry finishers from around the country.

The inspiration for the "Master Mind Groups" is attributed to a book titled "Think and Grow Rich" by author Napoleon Hill. His philosophy is Leadership, Self-Motivation, and Individual Achievement. The book characterizes a meeting of minds or better put, Mastermind groups where many people put their thoughts, ideas, and experiences together to create a synergy and compilation of ideas that benefit each individual.

The Fauxcademy of Decorative Finish Awards has put together these "Mastermind Group Sessions" to help fellow finishers who attend, achieve results!
